The composition of multiple roof volumes establishes a strong visual identity while helping the building respond effectively to the region's tropical climate.

Conceived around the idea that a home should feel calm, functional, and personal. Rather than relying on excessive ornamentation, the design uses a restrained palette of wood, neutral finishes, soft lighting, and clean detailing to create a timeless living environment.
